We are learning new ways to help children travel through their social world with poise: teaching them how to comprehend facial expressions all the way to how to manage huge emotions, aiming to help in building social skills that forge lifelong friendships and deep relationships.

Each child experiences the world uniquely. At our Sensory Lab, we are mapping these unique journeys–from those who find certain sensations overwhelming to those who seek them out. Our findings help children find their perfect sensory balance, making daily activities more comfortable and learning more accessible.

For instance, CONNECT is a social skills therapy program that adapts internationally recognized frameworks to best fit the unique cultural context of Dubai. Similarly, our in-house-developed school program, EDGE, is way more than a conducted therapy program at schools; it is a game-changing initiative that redefines inclusion across entire school ecosystems. We work with schools across the UAE to create such environments where neurodivergent children thrive alongside their neurotypical peers. These programs are but a few examples of the innovative approaches we have developed and adapted for the Middle East.
