At the heart of Esperanza is Swapna Koshy, our clinical director and a deeply experienced speech-language pathologist who has spent over 20 years working closely with young children and their families. But it’s not just her expertise that makes her a guiding force, it’s her unwavering belief that therapy should feel like an extension of home, not a clinical room.

Swapna’s approach is simple but powerful: create a space where every child feels safe to be themselves, and every parent feels seen, heard, and supported. Each of our therapists brings over eight years of hands-on experience, whether in speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, or special education. Our team takes the time to understand each child’s strengths, preferences, and needs.
